Rybachy (Рыбачий) (antes de 1945, conocida por su nombre alemán, Rossitten) es una ciudad de Rusia en el oblast de Kaliningrado, la parte norte de la antigua Prusia Oriental. En lituano el nombre de la ciudad es Rasytė.
